What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup, also called cosmetic tattooing, uses specialised micropigmentation techniques to place pigment in the skin. It is used for brows, eyeliner, lips and other cosmetic or paramedical needs.
Do I need to do anything before I book?
Your case opens first. You answer questions online, share photos and any history, and your artist reviews them before your procedure. Nothing is planned blind.
I already have permanent makeup from another artist. Can you work with it?
That is exactly what the investigation is for. Existing work is reviewed for shape, colour and pigment history. Some work can be corrected and some cannot, and you get a straight answer before anything is booked.
Where do I find the rules on deposits, cancellations and aftercare?
They are written in the Beauty Bylaws, so nothing about booking or healing is a surprise.
